In-between Decisions

Rai's POV

As he kept staring at Rohit, he didn't know how best he would tell him about his findings. Rai sat back relaxed on the couch, but his heart was deeply troubled, he began to doubt, if telling Rohit was the right thing to do.

It was still his birthday, and was just few minutes past 7am. They had planned a surprise for Rohit, telling him might not be a good idea.

He squeezed the document in his hands in anger, frowning his face as he bent his head down with his hands on his thighs. He took a quick glance at his godmother, she was smiling at a guest, but he noticed how sad she looked, behind that smile of hers.

He felt tears as they rushed down his cheeks, he quickly wiped them away with his hands, hiding his face from Rohit's.
