Chapter 20

Just when Anya had finally calmed and cleared her heart out, she received a call that almost stumbled upon her world once again. It was her grandmother’s doctor saying her Nana’s condition had worsened again! Anya immediately dropped everything and rushed to the hospital.

When she arrived, she went straight to her Nana’s room and caught up with the doctor who is also inside her room doing check ups. When the doctor saw Anya, he adjusted his spectacles and invited Anya to his office.

Anya looked at her grand mother, and when she saw she was sleeping, she acquiesced with the doctor and went out with him to his office.

“Doctor, how is my Grandma?” Anya asked the moment she sat on the seat. The doctor looked at her and showed Anya her grandmother’s medical result. He explained patiently and in full details her Nana’s full condition.
