Chapter 352. Fever Relief

I can hear Chantel coughing from upstairs, so I keep rummaging.
"Got it," I announced triumphantly, holding the tea mixture in my hand.
I storm toward the kitchen. As I hoped, the kitchen is filled with fresh vegetables, fruits, bread, pastries, spices—anything we might need.
"Thank you, Laurence," I mutter gratefully.
While the kettle is on, I take a bowl and fill it with water. Grabbing a clean cloth, I snatch the sweater and rush back up to her.
She's still lying on her stomach, which makes breathing harder for her. I place the bowl and cloth down as I gently tug her dress down. She's still on her stomach, now half-naked.
I want to wipe her sweat away, but she's shivering, so instead, I pull the sweater over her head. It's not manageable at all since she's still lying on her stomach, but halfway through the process, she turns around.
