Chapter 82. Good Challenge

For seven days. That is how long I have had Chantel and Madam Eira to myself.
It has been four days since we learned about Chantel's health.
I still remember how angry I was the first day we were left here by ourselves. She might be pregnant, and I was so mad at her. It is not like it is her fault. It is not. It is not, I know that. But I was not thinking straight. Not at all.
I was not mad at her, but at what that pregnancy had done to my life. I was mad that I was going to be a dad.
She is not to blame for any of that.
She was so happy that she could not wait for another royal child. A child. Since the family she last worked for died in a terrible accident.
I could not stand looking at Chantel at dinner. I know she is a fucking killer, but she looked way too beautiful to be one.
I ran away quickly from that table and from her. I do not even remember where I slept that night. I only know that I broke everything I saw
