Even if Ava’s words made sense, they weren’t enough to quiet the heavy thoughts I had replaying in my head.

I needed to talk to someone—someone who could give me answers.

The questions that had taken root in my mind were relentless, and as days kept on passing, he questions only kept on increasing.

I was already so tired of being in the dark. I was tired of not being carried along with anything happening in the pack.
