Chapter 56. His Confession

I was captivated by her beauty. For a few seconds, I stood staring at her speechlessly unable to mutter any words. She was Aphrodite reborn.

"You look.." I began still unable to form words.

"Beautiful?" She asked with an uneasy smile.

"Breathtaking," I said instead and I told no lie. Her red lips were begging for a kiss and the silver necklace radiated with her eyes. She smiled and I almost lost my head. She's perfection. "Come," I stretched forth my hand and she took it. 

I held her hand and together we walked toward the vast landscape.

"I thought we were to stay within the pack." She said to me.

"Of course," I responded.

"Then why does it feel like we're not." She said.

"We are. This is part of the blood moon's territory." I replied. 

She suppressed a gasp. "It is larger than I thought." She said. 

"Close your eyes," I said to her. She raised a brow. "Do you wanna throw me over a cliff?" She asked
