Claire’s POV

THE NEXT DAY

I woke up early so I could prepare some breakfast for Luke. I cooked the usual bacon and eggs for him, and he was delighted to see me taking care of him.

“I’m really married now huh? I got to experience something like what I usually saw in the movies,” he chuckled as he gave me a kiss on the cheeks. “But there’s something missing,” he smirked at me.

“A little Luke and little Claire,” he smiled widely at me.

“We can try,” I said smiling back at him.

“Really? Are you ready?” he asked me and I nodded.

“Thank you for making me the happiest, Claire,” he told me.

Luke left to go to work, and I was alone in the house. I was lost in my own thoughts thinking about building a family of our own. It’s going to be a dream come true.
