Claire’s POV

A FEW DAYS AFTER

Luke was at work while I was in the house, scrolling through social media when my phone rang.

“Hey, it’s been so long since you guys went to the bar,” Arlo said.

“The bar traumatized me, Arlo,” I chuckled.

“Oh yes, I forgot. But do you still drink alcohol? Can I bring it over later with Mia? Let’s have some drinks, just the four of us,” he giggled on the other line.

“But I don’t know if Luke will drink,” I said.
