Three Weeks Later.

War Room.

The coming battle against the Demon King has left no one untouched. All the warriors and guards have been working relentlessly everyday, preparing for the war with every strength that they have.

Valerie stood in the middle of the war room, near one of the long tables, sorting through stacks of parchment.. she was organizing the lists of weapons, provisions, and patrol routes. She has been working since dawn, refusing to rest. If she stopped moving, she feared her mind would wander , and right now, she couldn’t afford that. Rain execution has been on her mind as she tried to push away the thoughts by working herself out which has been helping. Rain lied and betrayed them all and so justice has to be served. That’s how it is.
