Sienna’s POV

The deeper we go into the demon realm, the more my thoughts get distorted. The more I hear voices and the more I mutter strange languages.

Suddenly, my steps begin to slow. Selene is a few steps ahead, her silver hair catching the faint red light from the sky. She pauses sometimes, scanning the area. The others follow carefully—Lucas, Damian, Caelan, Valerie—everyone moving close and staying alert.
