Chapter 69. Lost Hope

It feels like a return to prison when Willow enters Veronica’s residence again, desperate to escape. But Willow has no strength left, and the hope of happiness with Kyler is suddenly snatched away.

Any strong woman would be shattered if her dreams and hopes were considered fulfilled. When those are destroyed, they have no spirit left but to survive.

Willow tries to stay sane, constantly reminding herself that Zoey is waiting for her. She keeps reminding herself, hasn’t she been fighting for Zoey all along? Will Willow give up? No, she can’t.
