Ella hesitated before entering the hotel that Rebecca recommended. The old lady said it's just a walking distance from Quest Hotel, where the company that will interview her is located. She felt nervous earlier because it was her first time in Claybourne, but luckily, the taxi driver she rode with was kind. She wondered why she never liked traveling before.

Rebecca didn't lie about the big difference between Victorias City and Claybourne in terms of development. Ella looked like a fool, gazing up at the towering buildings. She realized that there were so many things she could have done but didn't because she wanted to be with Damian every day.

She was a complete fool for wasting her youth on a man who didn't even have the slightest interest in her. Upon entering the hotel, Ella went straight to the front desk for her room reservation.

"Hi," she greeted the receptionist. "I have a room reserved under Ella Sullivan," she said to the woman.
