Chapter 164. The Start of Our Wedding

He moaned softly as he began kissing me back, his arms tightening around my waist once again. I guess that was the first kiss that we shared as an engaged couple. A soft giggle escaped from me when our lips parted.

Reiner gave me a confused look that demanded for an explanation for my reaction. I offered him a sweet smile after my laughter had stopped.

“Sorry, I was just thinking that that was our first kiss as an engaged couple. You’re my fiancé now, right?” I asked before laughing a little.

“You cry and then you laugh, I’m seriously confused right now…but I guess you’re right. I’m sorry that we won’t have a very long engagement, though,” he replied regretfully.
