Two years ago, Sofia thought that she was a normal kid. She felt that the changes that was going on in her body was normal and that there was nothing wrong with them.

"I think my body is growing abnormally bigger when I am angry," Sofia had confronted her mother on one Saturday morning.

Her mother had rubbed her face gently, looked at her in the eyes before telling her that everything was fine, and she had nothing to be worried about.

"Take a look at my body," Sofia found it hard to believe her mother. "I think I need a doctor. We need to go to the hospital."
