Chapter 5. Magic Sparks

The next morning, Alexander rode on his motorcycle to Lucas’s house. Before he went for his fight, he wanted to see Serenity. Maybe he would never see her again! He parked his vehicle in Lucas’s courtyard and went towards the backside of the house. The living room was vacant, so he went up to Lucas’s room.

“Hey, Alex, when did you arrive? I was waiting for you. Come, I need to show you something,” said an excited Lucas. He jumped out of his chair and dragged Alexander out of his room, leading him out of the main house.

They went to a newly constructed building connected to the main one. Lucas led him up the stairs to an extravagant and luxuriously decorated, huge bedroom suite. “This is my new room I’m shifting into tomorrow. What do you say?”

“It’s enormous, like a soccer field,” grinned Alexander. “So, you’ve grown up, huh?”

“Yeah, finally. Mom wasn’t allowing me, but dad coaxed her to give in,” gushed Lucas.
