Chapter 25

The doctor smiles. 

“Of course, he will live, Ms Rodriguez.” The words of the doctor brought goosebumps in the nerves of Aliza not only for knowing that her son would live but for the address given to her. 

“Oh thank you so much doctor...thank you so much.” Aliza said ecstatically, with her eyes sparkling like stars. Charles was filled with unbound happiness after hearing the words of the physician. With an invitation of a cheerful grin on his features, he shook hands with the oncologist. 

“Thank you for your care and attention towards my son Dr George. I’m grateful to you.” He said with a pleased smile.  

Aliza jumps off her seat with sleeping Asher in her lap and sits on Charles, hugging him tightly. She wasn’t responsive to her surroundings after hearing the overwhelming good news, but the grey-haired physician understood it well. 

“I will give you a moment, Mr and Mrs Rodriguez.” He said and left the room to give him so
