Chapter 33. Complete Transformation

The Canis Force Headquarters was where Clover spent her night. Lt. Aaron Keating was not pleased with her careless actions yesterday, yet she just shook her head whenever she remembered Aaron’s words. For the moment, Clover dressed as Luigi again and immediately headed toward Harmond’s household.

It was four in the morning when Luigi reached Harmond’s house. He stood in front of the door and hoped someone would open him. He knocked three times. No one opened the door, and he thought all were still sleeping. Little did he know, Jessica heard the knock. She was already home from the hospital and was feeding her baby. With that, Jessica opened Luigi and was pleased it was him.

“Oh, Luigi,” Jessica said. “Glad you arrived home.”

Luigi went inside, walked towards the sofa chair, and sat there. However, Jessica repeated something that stopped her.

“Mom and Dad were sick when you didn’t come home last night,” added Jessica, crossing her arms and leaning on the wall.
