“Who is El Capitan?” William inquired.

Le Lunes members and Senator Robbins still settled in the living room. The guards were now out of the resthouse to give them secrecy to discuss it. William’s query made Senator Robbins glint at him. He knew what El Capitan could do and was even frightened to mention his name again.

“Many are scared of him. Even mentioning El Capitan would give them goosebumps when everyone hears his name. He prowls anywhere, loitering to come, and attacks anyone if needed.”
