Chapter 26

It was time to return to school after the holidays, and to be honest, I was going to miss my family and Chase. Sure, I'd get to see him all the time, but I didn't like being away from him much anymore. I loved spending time with him, but luckily for me, he was still like a stalker, so wherever I turned, there he was. It wasn't overbearing, though. I'd gotten used to it, and now that I knew there were dangers out there, like threats of kidnapping, I kind of liked the idea that he wasn't far away.

Of course, I always had Payton with me, and Chase found a couple of other wolves who were taking the same classes as me, so I quickly became friends with my new classmates/bodyguards.
