Chapter 57. New Friend

“I saw you a few times at the hospital, when you visited Lizzy,” I said awkwardly. “You are Lizzy’s friend.” 

Ricky, Alvons’ boyfriend, came to the theme park after Alvons called and told him how I got together with him. 

It just so happened that he was in a place not far from the theme park and in less than twenty minutes he got out of his car and joined Alvon’s car.

“Yes. I’m Lizzy’s friend,” Ricky said. I could tell from his gestures that he felt awkward too. “You’re... Peter’s ex-wife? His billionaire ex wife?” 

I laughed. “You know about me and Peter?” I asked. “Did Lizzy ever tell you about me, Peter, and our relationship?” 

Ricky laughed awkwardly. “Not clearly. She only said, when she just got back from Canada that she was going to take her man back from someone. At that t
