Chapter 61. Not Infertile

“How did you know?” I asked weakly. 

I was lying on the bed in my room, resting after undergoing a check-up at the hospital. Doctor Elsa hugged me with a beaming face after she came from the laboratory bringing the results of my urine and blood tests. 

“You are going to be a mother, Ms. Leora,” said Doctor Elsa. She is one of the obstetricians at my hospital. “But, I will give you some important notes during this pregnancy.” 

I couldn’t even digest Doctor Elsa’s words, while listening to her continue talking. Doctor Elsa said that my pregnancy was already five weeks old. I felt like I was floating on a soft cloud after hearing that.

Noah kissed my forehead with a wide smile that had never left his lips since returning from the hospital a few hours ago.
