Chapter 93. Giovanna's Answer

She looked away thoughtfully and then turned to him with the coldest eyes he had ever seen. Because this time it wasn't something she was struggling to maintain. It was something natural. So natural that along with the coldness she didn't mind letting tears well up in her eyes.

"I see." She said and went back to her dorm.

Her two boyfriends were asleep and she didn't want to wake them. She grabbed her towel and went under the shower, where the tears flowed copiously.

She went back to her room and, unable to find her clothes in the dark, slept naked.

The next day she woke up before her roommate, and realized that the boy had left. She got ready for her first class and went to the classroom, which was still empty, but she was used to that. She was always the first to arrive. She remembered that she hadn't eaten anything and was deciding whether to go to the cafeteria when the teacher who had invited her to the internship sat down n
