Chapter 92. The Threats

After two months out of college, Giovanna was asked to do an internship at a hospital because of her perfect grades and the enthusiastic praise of one of her teachers. She was delighted. She would have money and would no longer have to spend what she had in the bank. She started taking part in the hospital's activities and discovered that she had chosen the right profession. But her pride was even greater now. She treated all the subordinates around her with contempt. She didn't speak to anyone at school, but now because she thought they were inferior.

One day she came home from her shift at the hospital and her roommate was moaning under the covers. Giovanna turned on the light and crossed her arms, staring at the movement under the covers and the lack of respect and interest in her. They didn't notice that the lights had been turned on.
