Chapter 13. Furious
Denny made his face look even more stern. He wanted her to continue. And his idea worked.
“Ever since you asked for me to serve you, the other girls had started to hate me,” Trisha had no other choice than to tell him another honest reason she declined his invitation or his request to accompany him outside Sweet Haven.
Still, Denny did not make a sound. But when he realized what she had just said, he forgot he was mad and felt alarmed instead.
“What do you mean?” He almost barked in a dangerously low tone.
Denny has heard other girls gossiping before that when a service girl becomes too favored and treated special, the other girls start hating and ganging up against that girl.
“Among the new batch and even the few batches of service girls ahead of me, I was mentioned by the management to be the highest income provider and received a few privileges because of that. Newcomers are supposed to live together in one quarter as there are not many vacant rooms
