Chapter 17. Fears

Denny made sure Trisha was safely asleep in her room. He placed her clothes neatly by the foot end of the bed and his phone on her bedside table. He was thinking about giving her a call when he woke up tomorrow morning to check on her again. And also to warn her. She needs to be cautious around here.

What he saw earlier with that insolent service girl gave him so much fear for Trisha. He cannot begin to imagine what could have happened if he was already gone and that service girl successfully hurt Trisha. Would this silly girl tell him about it?

He has fear in his heart that the chances of hearing anything about it from Trisha's mouth are next to impossible. She might rather choose to be quiet in fear of everything escalating and making things more difficult or worse for her. She mentioned she needed this job so badly, so she did not want the other girls to get more pissed at her by being favored. Favored by the management and also because of Denny.

"What mystery
