Chapter 89. Sebastian
Fiona was taken into a small, bright room with light-colored and textured curtains that billowed in the breeze of the open window. It was upstairs, and although it was a step up, she wondered how useful her impulsive decision to save the Leopard Seal would turn out to be.
She absolutely had not intended to jump to his rescue—literally—but she knew Sebastian. She had come up behind him when she made it out of the grate in the garden that led to the underground channels, but she had known immediately that it was Sebastian. His lean structure was impossible to miss, and the moment she noticed it was him, she could smell the bloodlust pouring off of him even if she had been miles away.
But they didn’t know. The Leopard Seal and his men were absolutely ignorant of the amount of danger they were in. So few people knew of Sebastian’s existence, let alone had any information about him since, as far as she knew, he had a 100% success rate and never really left any unintended clue
