Chapter 12

Chitchat 

I’m here now at Sadi’s house. She offered me a home. It’s a good thing I really met her.

“Are you living alone?” I asked her.

“Yeah, my parents are in the states. So, I’m the only one here,” she replied.

“The size of your house?” I asked again. It’s just weird because there aren’t even maids or security. She just smiled at me and opened a bedroom.

“You can stay here. It is my old room before.” I have entered.

“Since it’s already late, you can rest. Just tell me if you need anything.” Even before he came out, of course, I thanked him.

“Sadi, thank you.” I smiled at her, and she smiled back and then left the room.

It’s good that I can rest as well. This day is exhausting. My foot hurts so much. How come I didn’t do anything but walk?
