Ashley's POV

I was surprised when our informant told us of the presence of Alpha Rolan. Even though we had rushed down here from the hospital, considering the urgency of the matter we needed to handle at the border fence. 

Mom had insisted we both go when I chose to stay back and look after Preggo. Mom has been acting funny of late, and I wondered if it had anything to do with the sudden appearance of preggo. 

I had intended to discuss that with Wilson when our informant ran towards us to tell us about the presence of the Supreme Alpha. 

Wilson had not wanted to go. I wondered why he never really liked the Alpha and every time I had asked him, he had only shrugged his shoulders or scoffed and ignored me. Even when he had found out that I had a crush on the alpha, he had refused to help me get to meet him in any way.
