Savannah’s POV

“Look, I get it, you’re mad. But you’re overreacting, you don’t have to do this!” I say as I stomp into my bedroom, my frustration practically rattling the walls. My pulse is racing, my chest tight.

Logan and Harlan follow right behind me, shutting the door with a thud that sounds way too final for my comfort.

“We don’t have to, but we want to,” Harlan says, his voice calm but firm, like he’s already thought this through a thousand times.
