Chapter 156. Alison's Retaliation
WHEN Albert arrives home he notices that the maids are coming in and out of Latton’s room with garbage bags in their hands, “What’s happening here?” He asks as he walks to them.
None of the maids spoke and only lowered their heads. He soon entered the room and saw Alison there on the balcony smoking a cigar while holding the baseball bat.
“Ali, what did you do?” Albert asks in disbelief while looking at Latton’s room.
Alison growled, “It is your fault you promised to take me out shopping and yet you didn’t. You chose to be with your brat daughter.” She yelled angrily.
Albert scoffed, “Get a hold of yourself. You’re acting like a child again. Latton is my daughter, and she just wants to bond with me before we get married. She already knew and understood that I would no longer have time for her because of you.” He explains with exasperation.
