Chapter 26

Chloe had asked Kai to come over for a girls' night. They would redo a test to make sure she was, and then they would proceed, greeting each other at the door. Kai held her bag up in Chloe's face.

“The test is in here!” Chloe laughed and reached out for it; there was a fine line to make it two lines; taking the new test, Chloe ripped the side open with her teeth and sent Kai to go test while she was making some tea for them.

Kai came back and placed the test on the table. “They said to wait 10 minutes. I'm not sure how to feel about this.”

Chloe took her hands and patted them. “This can be a blessing. Min won’t just leave you, and I am here to help you, too!”

“I know, but… I won’t be able to party, go out, mingle, or have random sex! How will I make this…”

The girls laughed the seriousness off.

“Kai, on the one side, you know pregnancy hormones do make you want sex more?”

“I never thought about that, ha-ha, let’s see the test.”
