Chapter 108. You Deserve to Die

"Thank you for the ride." Kara had just gotten out of the limousine. She was standing at Frank's side.

The man blinked warmly. "I'm glad I could help you."

A second later, Frank moved his feet, about to walk towards the apartment. However, before he could take a step, Kara raised her hand to block him.

"I have your bodyguard to look after me. I think that's enough. You should go home," Kara nodded stiffly.

Frank's eyebrows arched high. "Are you afraid I'll cross the line again?"

Kara shook her head. "It's not like that. I know you can keep your promise."

"Then? Doesn't it mean you don't have to forbid me from entering your apartment? I promised Louis and Emily to protect you."

Kara took a deep breath. Her expression was flat. "I still have to clean, cook, and shower. You should use that time to take care of your business."

"I don't mind," Frank shrugged.

"I'm the one who objects," Kara interrupted with a slightly frowning face.
