Chapter 100. Bad Situation
Emily gasped when she realized his presence. Without thinking, she buried herself in the seat. She didn't care if Louis' face was out of the frame. The important thing was to be more alert.
"Mommy, let’s continue the talk later. Louis and I have to take care of something."
Before Kara had time to answer, the call had been disconnected. It caused extreme worry in her heart.
"Does something happen? They look really scared," Kara sighed as she clutched her phone to her chest.
Ava held Kara's shoulders. "I don't think you need to worry, Mrs. Harper. Louis and Emily have survived this far and earlier, they looked fine. They can definitely survive."
Kara sighed faintly. In her heart, she agreed with Ava's words.
