Williams knew the only thing he could do right now before exploring other options was to talk to the settlement officer and he hopes and wish that he was going to take whatever he had for him aside and tell him what he wanted to hear, he was the residing settlement officer when he was trying to get the deal done so it was right he talked to him firstly before trying other options, he knew he was going to have to thread softly with him, he knew how to do that very well, he was really soft spoken if he wanted to be, that was how he was going to do this if he was not provoked first by the settlement officer.

Williams knew this settlement officer that  he was about to call had something for him, he didn't know what it was and he had tried to ask him so they could get back on track, it wasn't looking like he was going to have any luck with him so he stopped trying, whatever he thinks he was doing now wasn't going to go unnoticed, he didn't like things like this
