Noella’s POV

I took the wheel with full vim while Logan arranged the seat belt, all road led to Shepherd’s house.

Moon Goddess bear me witness that I didn’t want to get too sentimental and attached to Shepherd. He can be that one good friend that I can confide him, trust and rely on, that was all but if he was coming for relationship because I have ran away from Austin. It was never possible. I have already told him and he knows that.

Now how did Austin find him and have him under his grasp?

I was terrified. Austin can do the impossible sometime I begin to regret why I ever loved him in the first place.

He acted all loving and great during Logan’s birth but I never knew he can change so fast like a chameleon.

Calling him a scoundrel or a beast is even light hearted because he is worse. Someone that even his son doesn’t want to accept him as his father.

“Mum, will dad do anything to uncle Shep?” Logan turned to me, looking worried.
