Book 3: Chapter 63

Gideon and the rest of the alphas rushed outside to see everywhere in commotion. The watch wolves were trying to prevent something or rather someone from approaching further but they seem to be failing woefully at it because whoever they were trying to stop was picking them out one by one and slamming away.

“Enough!” Liam’s voice sounded and everywhere stilled. The Guards on seeing their alpha stopped and moved aside. Gideon gasped when he saw the man in the middle of the guards. Asher’s blue eyes landed on him and Gideon shivered and involuntarily took a step back. “Who are you?” Laim asked.

“How dare a rogue to question me?” Asher asked, his eyes going to Laim now. “You have no fear, you dared lay a hand on her?”

From his words, the alphas had recognized who he was from Gideon’s description of him. “High Alpha, of what do we owe this…visit?” Laim asked, offering a smile even though he could feel his inside breaking down in fear. This is the Alpha king, but he is
