Leah’s POV

I was going toward the training area when I saw Almera running to follow me. I even saw her mate, Kairo, following her like a freaking dog. I sighed; here we are again! Almera becomes too overprotective of me. She always wanted to see me and to know where I was going or what I would do.

“Where are you going, Alpha? Is there an emergency?” I’m referring to this when I say she continued pestering me with queries. There was a day when I left my Alpha Office, and she began scrambling to find me.

I’m not sure if Almera has a problem, but her behavior makes it impossible for me to breathe. Does she have enough trust in me to realize that I am the Alpha of the three-pack and am capable of defending myself against my opponents? I used to have to kill many people to earn this title, yet she still treated me like a kid!
