Chapter 15

SKYLAR'S POV:

I got ready for the outdoor party and went toward my parents. I knocked at the door and waited. My mom opened the door and gasped as she looked at me. I was wearing a summer dress that ended at my mid-thigh. I paired my dress with black stilettos. I had already told my parents about the party. However, I didn't tell them that it was outside the pack boundaries. Or they would have stopped me.

Not that I was interested in Kyle or something. But I needed a timeout. I wanted to go out and enjoy myself. To breath freely and clear my head. And it was a perfect way to escape my pain. I just wanted to go out and drink as much as I could. So I would no longer remember Adam and the pain that was rising inside my chest. I wanted to drink so my pain would fade away.
