Anita’s POV

I didn’t hide for long, and Yoong, following me, appeared confused.

Seeing his puzzled expression, I decided to surprise him by stepping out and raising my hands, hoping to catch him off guard. However, to my disappointment, he remained unfazed. His face remained cold and impassive, which made me uncomfortable. I quickly looked away, but he grabbed hold of my shirt, preventing me from leaving. He pulled me closer until our eyes met.

“Huh, what did you just do?” he asked with a stern expression.

“Let me go!” I demanded.

“Hah, fine, but don’t even think about running!” he warned, releasing his grip.

“Why are you the one getting angry? You’re the one following me, right? Come on, confess!” I challenged, staring at him.
