He hadn’t yet come to terms with the person that he saw. He didn’t know if he was looking at a different person entirely or if Aria was the spitting image of Psyche. It didn’t make any sense to him. At least, not yet.
“Before I say anything, I want to ask you a question, Mum, and I’d like for you to be honest with me. You must do this.”
“Is there a problem, Eros?” Aphrodite asked, her voice taking on a concerned tone. “You sound like there’s something major about to go down.”
“I’ll be frank and tell you that it depends on how things eventually turn out to be but at the moment, there’s a couple of things I want to ask of you.”
