Chapter 21
HEPHAESTUS’ POV
The sound of the little girls who called Natasha’s name echoed in my head.
She couldn’t have kids right?
“Then why were they there?” The little voice in my head taunted me. If she had kids, I would know right?
It didn’t make any sense, there was no ring on her finger and no one in the neighborhood ever mentioned her being married or anything.
My feet found its way to my car and I slammed the door immediately, trying to calm myself down.
Natasha was getting close to the car but I tore my eyes away from her and focused on trying to calm down.
My eyes on the steering wheel and I sped off. I threw my keys on the counter and walked to my backyard which led to a forest.
I strode in confidently , wanting to release my rage into the trees. I hit one with my foot and it fell almost instantly.
I decided to leave tree felling to release my anger, it sounded stupid now that I was cooling off.
