“Fucking wonderful,” Keith grumbled, rubbing his forehead. He was done with this whole shenanigans. All he wanted was a good three-month rest in his cave, but he couldn’t have that if he didn’t cure Cassandra.
And with a few days left till the end of the deal, he had to find a cure fast.
“Why are you so interested in finding a cure for him? He’s just a flimsy mortal,” Melete said, arching a brow at him. Keith gave an incredulous look.
“Doesn’t mean he deserves to die.”
“All mortals die.”
“And I’d rather that none of it is of my doing.”
