“D-Did you just step out of the wall?” Cassandra sputtered, staring at Keith as if he had sprouted two heads. He may very well have. Perhaps it must have been a foolish question to ask, but there was nothing else to explain what she had just seen. She had been walking down the corridor, and then, right before her very eyes, Keith just… appeared.

Cassandra could swear by her life that it had felt so real. She had not imagined it. She definitely had not!
