Chapter 172. The Ark

As soon as Red boarded the ship, she felt an overwhelming sense of relief to be reunited with the rest of her friends. Iram, Celia, Speed, they were all there. 

Even though many of the participants had wandered off into the snowy landscape and were never found, the game had taken its toll.

Red couldn't comprehend how many lives had been wasted, but it was a grim reality that couldn't be changed.

She quickly made her way to Jonah, who was still using his telekinetic powers to move the massive wooden ship. Jonah looked pale and exhausted, and his energy was almost gone.

"Are you okay, Jonah?" Red asked.

"Just tired." Jonah chuckled softly. "But I can see the mountain ahead. The problem is, I'm not sure this ship will make it all the way, Red."

Red's worry deepened. What would become of them if Jonah couldn't maintain his strength long enough to get them to land? Were they doomed to drift, waiting for their power to run out and fail?
