Chapter 58. Need Help?

Red saw the dragon's wings flap as it approached, and its mouth opened wide. There was no way Red could dodge the creature's fire attack. Ursula's arm reflexively covered her head. The sound of bursting fire was so loud.

It didn't feel hot.

It made Red gasp immediately. She saw an oval shield of ice protecting her and Ursula. Sethi was standing in front Ursula's body, blocking the dragon's attack with her shield.

"Need some help?" said Sethi as she looked back and smiled sarcastically.

"How did you..."

"On your feet, Lein Last. Launch your attack. Now!"

Without wasting much time, Red launched Ursula into space and then fired plasma bolts. The dragon retreated with a roar. It spat fire again, which was skillfully contained by Sethi's barrier.

"Keep concentrating on shooting it. I'll cover you!" yelled Sethi.

"Roger that!"

Ursula and Sethi's bodies seemed to dance in the sky as they twisted, turned, and dodged the dragon's attacks.
