Cassie Edwards’s POV

I opened my eyes slowly and it’s all dark. I tried to move but my hands and legs were tied.

“Is anybody there?” I whispered.

“Cassie? You’re awake?” No way!

“Oliver?”

“Yeah,” he groaned in pain.

“Where are we?” I asked.

“I don’t know but… when I got here, you were already laying on the floor.” Oh God…

“Where are you?” I asked.

“I can’t see a thing but they tied me to the wall.” Oh God…

“This is too much,” I said as I tried to pull my hand but it’s useless.

“Who do you think kidnapped us?”

“It’s Tanner, I heard him when I’m in the trunk. He was ranting about us finding out about his secret and that he will kill us.”

“Great. We’re going to die today,”
