A hundred million dollars is a lot of money for him to be in such a hurry. I deal with this kinds of situations on a daily. I understand the path he’s taking.

Even as a major player in the game of negotiation, even I know that there’s nothing to do in this situation.

The key to all favorable negotiations is to identify pain points. The more urgent you can make the pain, the better your chances.
