I had just told Mark and my father about New York and they were happy for me. Everything seemed like it was going well for the first time in weeks. I just hoped that it would stay that way. 

But the thing here was that even if it did not stay that way, I was still going to try to push through and keep going. Because if anything the past few weeks have proved to me that I was way stronger than I gave myself credit for.
