Death was not the greatest loss in our life. The greatest loss was what dies inside us while we live.

Let’s face it. Feeling sad sucks. Whether it’s a death in a family or not, or the relationship that ends in a bitter and painful break up, heart break was inevitable. And life can be pretty fair. Sometimes, depression was just a funk you go through that can’t quite be explained.

Yes, people pull the trigger– but guns were the instrument of death. Gun control was necessary, and delay means more horror and death. But absolute silence leads to sadness. And it was the image of death.

Death may be the greatest of all human blessings. The life of the dead was placed at the memory of the living. I don’t have fear of death. Nothing was more than sad than the death of an illusion. If we lose love and self-respect for each other, this was how we finally die.
