My tongue savors the marvelous taste of the fettuccine alfredo, as the pasta slips past my lips.

Oh, this is delicious.

My inner deity lounges on her white sofa, absorbing the heavenly atmosphere, feeling sated.

While I'm indulging in my dish, I sense Holden's hot gaze on me. I glance to my side and there he is, sitting next to me and eyeing me intently, as usual. His eyes heat with more allurement, second by second, as I continue to enjoy my food.

My breath hitches at his stare and he smiles, which never fails to make me melt inside. "You ate so quickly," I tell him.

He chuckles. "Yeah and you, on the other hand, you are one slow-eater, babe."

"I'm sorry, but I just like taking my time indulging in good food."

"Mmm, there's something else I would like to indulge in." His tongue grazes his lips.

I nearly almost choke on the length of the pasta from his words and I'm coughing.

"Oh, baby. Don't forget to chew."
